Working together with families

One Mob One job is making change within the Department of Communities and Justice. Creating services with family and for families that use multiple services over a long period of time, including:

·       Social Housing

·       Courts

·       Out of Home Care

·       Youth Justice

·       Corrective Services, and

·       Child Protection.

Our goal is to support families that use multiple services to break the cycle,  through co-creating solutions that respect lived experiences and culture

Community is an essential part of this change as we work together to focus on the strengths of families while respecting cultural needs. Building services together will support families to be stronger and safer, breaking their cycle of contact with these services.

Lived experience is at the heart of this transformation. By centring community voices, we are creating services that reflect the realities, culture, and strengths of families, building a system that truly works for them.
